Lentil Soup with Lemon
They Draw & Cook is an awesome illustrated recipe blog that I found recently. Their Lentil Soup with Lemon (by Naomi Bardoff) caught my eye, and I knew it was going to be perfect for mid-February Soup Swap. Warm and filling (lentils AND potatoes!, with cumin and cayenne) but also bright, and summery, or at least the lemon reminds us that sun and sunlight will be coming back again soon.
